CMMS High Speed Data Acquisition System

The CMMS®DAQ is a data acquisition device capable of high speed parallel data acquisition and processing with transient data recording, alarm processing and a full featured set of data analysis tools.

The system is designed for managing on-line vibration data and solving rotating machinery problems. The system can handle every dynamic, acoustic and structural application: from the basic measurement in the time and frequency domain, to signal and alarm processing.

Inspection Routes
CMMS® applies the philosophy of Preventive and TPM Autonome Maintenance to the overall approach for inspections. Our firmware, CMMS®INSPECT, runs on rugged handhelds performing for Process Data Collection and Operator Driven Reliability.
CMMS®PROACTINANCE and CMMS®INSPECT have been designed for maximum flexibility and usability, which allows the system to work how the organization needs it to rather than forcing the organization to change its processes to fit. Simply download one or more routes from CMMS®PROACTINANCE into CMMS®INSPECT and start the inspection. When the route is complete, upload and automatically update your equipment status in the CMMS®PROACTINANCE database.
The system interfaces to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and automaticly generate work orders for all existing faults.
